William Wegman, Cross Training, 2005
This year, William Wegman has partnered with Light Work, a Syracuse not-for-proft art center, in creating a new photographic edition to benefit the organization. Light Work recently celebrated 25 years of helping artists gain access to dark rooms, exhibition spaces, as well as hosting a prestigious artist-in-residence program.
Cross Training, 2005 was originally a polaroid of WW's dog Penny. This edition is a silver gelatin print.

By balancing your weaker muscles with your stronger ones, you'll help reduce your chance of injury. Participating in low-impact cross training activities, such as swimming or water running, will also lessen the stress on your joints, which are often a sore spot for runners.
